Terms & Conditions

By using the ShopTough website, customer portal, quoting tools, ordering features, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and must not attempt to interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer, gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt the website, portal, accounts, or connected systems.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting login credentials. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless you promptly notify ShopTough of suspected unauthorized access.

Company administrators may be permitted to manage users and permissions for their organization. You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel receive access to your company account and purchasing functions.

We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, images, availability, and other information accurate. However, errors or manufacturer changes may occur. Product specifications should be reviewed for suitability before purchase, especially where load, safety, food contact, hazardous materials, regulatory, or application-specific requirements apply.

Images are illustrative unless expressly identified as exact product representations. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Quotes are subject to the pricing, quantities, freight, lead times, validity period, payment terms, and other conditions shown on the quote. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is not an obligation to sell until ShopTough accepts the order.

Pricing and availability may change before acceptance. Taxes, freight, accessorial charges, duties, special handling, and other applicable charges may be added unless expressly included in the quote or order confirmation.

Submitting an order, purchase order, or accepted quote constitutes an offer to purchase. ShopTough may accept, reject, or request clarification of an order. Orders may be subject to credit approval, minimum quantities, product availability, shipping restrictions, and other operational requirements.

Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation or modification may not be possible and may be subject to costs already incurred.

Payment terms are those stated on the applicable quote, invoice, account, or checkout. You agree to pay all authorized charges, taxes, freight, fees, and other amounts due. Past-due balances may result in suspension of account privileges or future shipments.

Shipping and delivery are governed by the ShopTough Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the ShopTough Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

If you place an order or accept a quote on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to the transaction. ShopTough may rely on account permissions, purchase approvals, submitted purchase orders, and other communications when processing business transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopTough is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or use arising from the services or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-specific warranties, if any, may be provided by the manufacturer or separately in writing.

The ShopTough website and portal use third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, payments, email, shipping, and infrastructure. ShopTough is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law or separate written agreement.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
